More reliable agent document edits

Targeted document edits are more dependable in day-to-day PM work. When the agent captures a passage to change in Company Context, a skill, or a project description, minor whitespace differences — such as a collapsed blank line or normalised indentation — no longer cause the edit to fail with a "not found" error.

• edit_document find-and-replace tolerates minor whitespace differences so the agent can apply targeted updates without spurious match failures.
