Minor UI improvements for in-browser project management
March 2026
So I tried using SupaPM for my project of making an open source vacuum cleaner (don't ask). I realised immediately that the UI was not ideal for project management. I found myself constantly wanting to update the project itself right from the side panel. So, I've shifted the chat input to the bottom of the side panel, giving the actual project management UI more space.
We still have that markdown-Notion like editing experience, which I really like.
What else?
- Improved onboarding flow - no need to capture the user's name, just set up your AI provider and model.
- Homepage of main site update - removed all the fluff
- All policies created regarding cookies, terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc.
So, not a major update, but a focused quality-of-life update to make project management in the browser faster, cleaner, and easier to navigate.
